At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on the strength of the interim order passed by this Court on 15.02.2024, elections have already been held on 07.06.2025 and the petitioner does not have any grievance with the result of the elections. He further submits that, nobody has come forward to agitate the outcome of the elections. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
