**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This revision is directed against the order dated 6.12.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panipat vide which the application moved by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim maintenance to the petitioner, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 53 years of age and is an ailing person and could not look after him. He further submits that the respondent, who is the son of the petitioner and has been working in Tis-Hazari Court, Delhi, is not maintaining him. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the instant petition deserves dismissal. The application moved by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

was dismissed by the Court below on the ground that the respondent being the son of the petitioner was not looked after by the petitioner. The mother of the respondent i.e. wife of the petitioner, was divorced by the petitioner in the year 2004 and whatever the education the children have GURPREET SINGH 2020.02.

CRR (F) No. 176 of 2020 -2gained, was with the help of maternal family whereas the petitioner had sold three properties and was having sufficient money. The trial Court also observed that the petitioner has been running a grocery shop and has sufficient income to maintain himself.

No ground for interference by this Court is made out. The petition is dismissed.
