RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CM-15172-CWP-2023 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Annexures R-6/3 to R-6/9 are taken on record. Main case Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to comply with the order dated 12.05.2014, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.4, which was confirmed by respondent No.3 vide order dated 29.09.2015, Annexure P-3, and get the Nagar Panchayat Land vacated from respondent No.6 and to recover the compensation amount from him.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr.Baljinder Singh, Kanungo, Bhadson, Patiala, who is present in person, has submitted that MEENU 2023.09.14 13:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-3323-2020 (O&M) -2possession of the property in dispute has already been handed over to Nagar Panchayat on 02.06.2023 and thereafter grievance of the petitioner, as prayed in this petition, is to be carried out as per the procedure established under the law for which the petitioner has not availed the appropriate remedy.

On the other hand, counsel for Gram Panchayat has controverted the submissions made by learned State counsel that possession of the property has been handed over to Gram Panchayat. However, in view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available to him under the law for redressal of his grievances.
