NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the order dated 01.06.1998 (Annexure P-18), passed by respondent No.1 and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by treating her in continuous service from the date of issue of invalid second punishment order of removal from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of present petition, the petitioner has unfortunately died, however, her legal representatives have not been brought on record. He further submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the legal representatives of the petitioner. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
