Present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14 dated 28.2.2025 under Sections 22-C, 27, 61 and 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Kotfatta, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand so as to enable the petitioner to apply for regular bail before the concerned Special Judge in terms of order dated 4.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M No.46019 of 2025.
