* * * * The Labour Court vide its award dated 11.09.1998, after discussing the matter, dismissed the reference leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Hence, this petition at the instance of the workman. The writ petition was admitted on February 14, 2001 after notice to the State, but no interim order was passed. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to contact the petitioner in spite of his best efforts. He, in the circumstances, submitted that this writ petition be consigned to record, but liberty be granted to the petitioner to get it revived in case of need.

In view of the above, record of this petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived in case of need.
