The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner has served a legal notice on 28.12.2021 upon respondent-Bank, requesting for restructuring of its loan account, and to regularize the same by allowing the petitioner to re-pay the outstanding due installments upto date. His contention is that the said request/legal notice of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondent-Bank.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Gaurav Goel, Advocate takes notice for respondent-Bank and states that the respondent-Bank will consider the legal notice and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Having regard to the said submissions of the petitioner and the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing respondent-Bank to consider the request of the petitioner made through the legal notice dt. 28.12.2021 within 4 weeks from SURESH KUMAR 2022.02.21 14:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
