RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.187, dated 16.09.2018, under Section 323, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 and 326 IPC, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
