The present review application has been filed for review of the order dated 08.07.2004 passed in the main writ petition (CWP-2667-2004). The present review application has been filed alongwith an application (CM-2631-CWP-2024) for condoning the delay of 7121 days in filing the review application. The said delay stands condoned by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024.

It is an undisputed fact that the present writ petition, wherein the challenge was laid to the acquisition proceedings, was wrongly tagged with the bunch of petitions and was disposed off in terms of the order dated 25.05.2004 passed in CWP No.19657 of 2003 titled as "M/s Gill Knitwear etc. Vs. UCO Bank & Anr.", which was pertaining to the proceedings under YOGESH SHARMA 2026.04.28 09:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

RA-CW-54-2024 (O&M) the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'SARFAESI Act'). 3.

In view of the fact that the writ petition was wrongly tagged and was disposed off in terms of the order dated 25.05.2004 passed in CWP No.19657 of 2003 titled as "M/s Gill Knitwear etc. Vs. UCO Bank & Anr.", the order dated 08.07.2004 is reviewed/recalled. The present writ petition is restored to its original number and status and the same be listed on 22.07.2026.
