The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P-5), passed by respondent No.2, vide which the claim of the petitioner for grant her all consequential/notional benefits from the deemed date the juniors of the petitioner were promoted to the post of Senior Pharmacist along with interest @ 18% per annum, has been rejected and for quashing of final selection list dated 05.12.2024 (Annexure P-2), vide which the juniors of the petitioner have been promoted as Senior Pharmacist.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
