Learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondent No.1 Maru Ram, who is present in person, submit that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties.

This Court had directed the parties to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate for recording of statements. Pursuant thereto, now, there is a report from learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ratia, stating that the statements have been recorded and the compromise is BANITA CHUGH 2018.11.01 16:12 I am the author of this document

In that view of the matter, this appeal stands disposed of. Impugned judgment and order dated 29.04.2014/30.04.2014 is set aside by way of compounding/compromise.
