RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.145, dated 15.10.2019, under Sections 323/354/406/498-A/506 IPC, registered at Police Station District Panchkula (Section 354 IPC has been deleted while presenting challan) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
