(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.06 dated 15.01.2023 under Sections 379-B, 34 of IPC 1860 and registered at Police Station, Sekhwan, Police District Batala, Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, P.S. Sekhwan, Police District Batala, Gurdaspar submits that in compliance of order dated 08.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
