This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondent nos.1 to 6 to initiate appropriate inquiry proceedings against respondent no.7 as it is alleged that respondent no.7 in connivance with respondent nos.8 to 11 has knowingly and intentionally registered a forged and fabricated Trust Deed dated 07.05.2018 (Annexure P-1). It is stated in the writ petition that petitioner and some other persons are tenants in the shops situated on the land which is the subject matter of the Trust Deed dated 07.05.2018 and that petitioner is in possession of the said shop/land for approximately over 50 years. There was no such Trust and neither had anybody on earlier occasion, claimed to be a Trustee of the land in question. Trust Deed was thus drawn up in a fraudulent manner. The Authorities, it is submitted, are not taking any action against respondent no.7 in this regard in an unjustified manner.
