The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to official to take appropriate action in the representation dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner against the private respondents who are running a scam by duping innocent persons and committing cyber crime with the people. 2.

The learned State counsel, on the other hand, contends that out of the 19 accused persons, six accused persons have been granted bail. The arrest of 13 accused persons is awaited, and one accused, namely Sandeep Kumar, has been declared innocent.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.
