Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to provide security to the petitioners so as their lives and property are being protected at the hands of respondent No.5 and his associates. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have moved an application/representation dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P11) addressed to respondents No.2 & 3, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, is directed to look into the application/representation dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P11) and take required action thereon, if any, as per law.
