Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon order dated 23.05.2018 passed in CWP No. 13177 of 2018 titled as "Devinder Singh & ors. vs. State of Punjab & anr." He further submits that he shall limit his claim to 38 months prior to filing of the present writ petition. Learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioners shall be considered in terms of order passed in Devinder Singh's case (supra) and appropriate decision shall be taken within three months. In view of statement made by State counsel, present petition is hereby disposed of.
