On 11.07.2023 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On 19.04.2024, again, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
