*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner-Sarabjit Kaur has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.17 dated 19.03.2018, under Sections 302/307/328/458/120-B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dharamgarh, Tehsil Lehra, District Sangrur, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surjeet Singh has apprised the Court that the trial in the said FIR has ended in acquittal of the petitioner vide judgment dated 16.03.2019 passed by Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur.

In view of the above, the present petition for grant of regular bail is rendered infructuous.
