At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that since present petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of representation dated 02.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) from Phagwara to Bureau of Investigation Punjab Police Headquarters Chandigarh or any other district, has rendered infructuous, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the same and accordingly withdraws the same. 2.
In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
