(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing criminal complaint No.45 dated 19.05.2015 titled "Ajit Singh v. Bahal Singh and others" under Sections 166, 167, 182, 193, 209, 219, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and order dated 10.06.2016 of the trial Court summoning petitioners under Sections 182 and 120-B IPC. Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas, which have been taken in this petition, before the revisional Court. The revision shall be decided on merits in accordance with law, ignoring the limitation part, inasmuch as CRM-M-43175 of 2016 filed by complainant has finally been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 05.11.2019. That apart, during the period of three years, trial Court did not proceed further with the matter against the petitioners.
