**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.0001 dated 11.01.2023 under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC 1860 (offence under Section 411 IPC added later on) and registered at Police Station, Jaito, District Faridkot, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh Singh, P.S. Jaito, District Faridkot, Punjab submits that in compliance of order dated 08.02.2023, petitioners has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
