(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to release passport of the petitioner which has been impounded by Indian Immigration Control International Airport, Jaipur vide Seizure Memo dated 09.05.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the respondent has seized passport of the petitioner on 09.05.2019, however, till date, no order as required under Section 10 of Passport Act has been passed.

The order shall be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needful shall be done within 06 weeks from today.
