RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0124, dated 16.09.2022, under Section 379 IPC and Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction/Investigating Agency within seven days from today and files an application for redressal of his grievances, the same be decided by the Court concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.
