(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has approached this Court for seeking the relief of issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 5 to hand over the physical possession of the land in question to her in pursuance of the "Sanad Taksim" (document of partition) dated 23.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) and in compliance of the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to get the afore-said order Annexure P-2 complied with within a specific time frame.
Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-mentioned limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Assistant Collector 1st Gradecum-Naib Tehsildar, Jhunir, Tehsil Sardoolgarh, District Mansa, to ensure the compliance of the said order dated 28.01.2020 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
