G.S.Sandhawalia, J.(Oral) The prayer in the present petition is for appointing the petitioner to the post of Government College Lecturer reserved for blind/handicapped/deaf/dumb category in pursuance of the interview held on 8.11.2001.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time on 6.5.2014 to seek latest instructions.

Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it is apparent the petitioner has lost interest and no longer keen to pursue the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
