The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to remove the anamoly arising in their salary w.e.f. 01.03.2015. 2.

Learned State counsel pointing out reply dated 24.01.2023 submits that anamoly stands removed and the petitioners have been extended claimed benefits with effect from the date of their eligibility. 3.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of.
