Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, a legal notice, Annexure P-6 has already been served. However, no decision has been taken thereon.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. She submits that in case legal notice has been received in the concerned office, a decision thereon shall be taken at the earliest. In case any adverse order shall be passed, same be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.

In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
