PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Ld. State Counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, FIR was registered. Investigation is complete. The Challan stands presented and even the charges have been framed. Mr. Balbir K. Saini, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No.7 and files his Power of Attorney, today in Court. The same is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by State Counsel, counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and he does not wish to pursue the same. Resultantly, petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
