(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Hemant Kumar, submits that a cancellation report qua FIR in question has been filed before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate on 18.10.2023 and the same is pending adjudication before the said Court for 20.05.2024. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
