*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuing directions to the respondents to decide the representation dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure P-16). 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Authorities for redressal of her grievance.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
