**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 222 dated 21.11.2019 under Sections 22/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the present case, the FSL report has not been received yet. This factum has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. However, he submits that there are two other cases pending against the petitioner i.e. one under the NDPS Act and another under Sections 323 and 325 IPC.

As per the Division Bench of this Court in case of 'Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R. In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits, lest it should prejudice the case of either side, the petitioner is granted interim bail, subject to furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate, till the receipt of FSL report. On receipt of FSL report, the petitioner would surrender before the learned trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
