The only dispute pending in the contempt petition is with regard to interest to be paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from respondent No.2, states that claim of the petitioner would be considered and if any amount is found due, same shall be disbursed within three months.

In view of statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of.
