(Oral) As per report received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the dispute between the parties has been settled. Same has been reduced into writing. The have decided to part ways on mutually acceptable terms & conditions. It has also been decided that they would file a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, before the competent Court of Law at Panchkula in the first week of November, 2019. In view of same, no cause of action survives in the appeal. Counsel for the appellant submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to avail the remedy as above.
