(Oral) Petitioners have moved this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to constitution a special investigating team and to investigate/inquire the matter in a fair and impartial manner in complaint dated 22.1.2022 and for registration of a case against respondents No.4 to 9 and other accused. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that representation dated 7.12.2021 (Annexure P-2) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 at this stage. The counsel for the petitioners submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
