Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal has stated that in the trial Court the prosecution has examined all its witnesses and now the case is fixed for 16.7.2021 for the purpose of defence evidence. In that way, the trial is at the fag end and is likely to be completed in near future. Thus, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, pending trial, is made out.
