State counsel submits that the appellant-Mall Singh has expired and has handed over a report dated 12.08.2024 by way of an affidavit of Fateh Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, annexing death certificate of the appellant in the Court which is taken on record. 3.
