Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the amended result of the scheduled cast category (Female), might not due to efflux of time, even be surviving.

Learned State counsel while referring to para 1 of the preliminary submission dated 23.12.2002 filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, states that the petitioner had mischievously marked code 0101 in the application form, so as to mislead the authority and to secure the job in an illegal manner, which fact passed unnoticed at various stages, resulted in the display of selection list on 21.12.2001. However, when this fact came to the notice, the same was immediately revoked and also scrutiny of the applications, 8 SC candidates were found to have adopted this practice, whereafter, the selection list was revoked and the petitioner was placed in her proper code i.e. 0100 and in her category, she MOHIT 2025.04.25 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
