Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Harpal Singh - in case FIR No.009 dated 14.01.2020 registered under Sections 326, 323, 324, 148, 149, 506 IPC at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Batala. For non-compliance of order dated 23.01.2020 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in view of fact that no fresh ground is made out, petition is dismissed.
