The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0005 dated 08.01.2021, under Sections 376, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.I, District Ludhiana and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise between the parties.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to quash the FIR registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 IPC, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
