**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 23.01.1995 (Annexure P-9), by which Gobind Singh, Plumber Helper (respondent No.5), a class IV employee, has been promoted as Plumber Grade II in the pay scale of Rs.950-1500.

This writ petition was admitted and was ordered to be heard along with CWP No.3181 of 1992. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 09.09.2013.

Perusal of order dated 09.09.2013 shows that after finalizing the issue of seniority, the claim of petitioner No.2 was reconsidered and he was promoted thereafter. He was granted his service benefits which were due to him.

CWP No. 15530 of 1995 -2Similar issue is also involved in the present case. Since the dispute with regard to the seniority has been resolved by the department, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of, at this stage, by giving directions to the respondent(s) to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with framing of seniority and pass an appropriate order, if such order has not been passed till date.
