**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482, CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.0156 dated 05.10.2021 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and under Section 10 of Immigration Act at P.S. Jagadhari Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

Notice of motion in the present case was issued vide order dated 02.03.2022 and in response thereof Mr. Arjun Shukla, had appeared and submitted his power of attorney on behalf of respondents No.2-4, however, since then, no one has chosen to appear either on behalf of petitioner or on behalf of respondents No.2-4 and it appears that the parties have resiled from the terms of compromise and nobody is interested in pursuing this matter, as such the present petition is TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.04.21 13:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
