(Oral) On 18.08.2022 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the appellant yet again seeks time to file an appropriate application for impleading the legal representatives of the appellant. Similar prayer was made on 24.08.2021. Thereafter, the matter has been listed on 04.10.2021 when none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Yet again on 12.11.2021 none had appeared for the appellant. On 17.01.2022 also none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. On 29.03.2022 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant and on 06.07.2022 none had appeared.

Though there is no ground to further adjourn the matter to enable the counsel for the appellant to file an TRIPTI SAINI 2023.02.09 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Case has been called twice, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Neither the costs have been deposited nor any application for impleading the legal representatives has been filed. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
