Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one in case trial is not concluded within reasonable time. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
