DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners was neither present on the last date of hearing nor today. The matter is of the year 1992. As per office report, notice issued to petitioner no.1 has received back unserved with the report that he is not working on the mentioned address. Similarly, notice issued to petitioner no.2 has also received back with the report that he has retired from service. Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent no.2 not to grant benefits to respondent no.3 available to backward class employees on the basis of certificate dated 22.06.1967.

Keeping in view the prayer made in the present petition, status of the petitioners and also the fact that counsel for the petitioners was neither present on the last date of hearing nor today, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
