MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J.(Oral) Despite the present matter having been taken up twice since morning, none has put in appearance in the Court to represent the petitioners. 2.

At this stage, the Court Master, attached to this Court, has checked the current status of the Civil Suit No.643 of 2015, out of which the instant revision-petition has arisen, on the relevant Portal and he informs the Court that the above-referred Civil Suit has already been dismissed by the concerned trial Court on 14.05.2024 for its having been withdrawn and he has taken out the print of the afore-said order and the same has been placed on the file.

In view of the above-indicated order, it becomes explicit that the revision-petition in hand has been rendered infructuous. Resultantly, the same stands disposed of accordingly.
