The petitioners by way of this Writ Petition have prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the arrears of pay to them in the same terms as was done in CWP-4495-1989. 2.

It is noticed that vide order dated 01.09.2000, this Writ Petition was ordered to be listed along with CWP-18829-1996 titled as Jaswinder Singh and Others Vs. The State of Punjab and Another and the said Writ Petition has already been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous by this Daily Lok Adalat Court vide order dated 02.11.2017. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the claim set up by the petitioner is also disposed accordingly in terms of order dated 02.11.2017 passed in CWP-18829-1996.
