RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned transfer order dated 24.01.2020 (P-1) whereby petitioner has been transferred vice respondent No. 4 from Dhulkot, Ambala City to Mahesh Nagar, Ambala City. The present petition is liable to be dismissed as the the transfer is within city itself and further Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana has informed the Court that the petitioner was working in Dhulkot, Ambala City for the last 08 years.
