Mr. Dhruv Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action on complaint dated 15.1.2019 lodged at P.S Jhabal, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P.1).

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 has illegally and forcibly trespassed into the petitioner's house, assaulted his family members, broke various furniture items and is repeatedly threatening the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation amongst others to respondent Nos.2 & 3, however, no action thereon has been taken so far.
