RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to transfer the Shop No.60, situated at outside Multani Gate, Ferozepur, in lieu of Notification dated 16.10.2017 wherein the Government notified the Punjab Municipality (Vesting and Property Rights) Amendment Scheme, 2017, as per which the tenants or licensee of the Municipal properties were eligible to purchase the municipal property subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the scheme. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court in CWP4804-2021 (Narinder Kumar vs State of Punjab and others) and one connected case on 28.02.2022 and shop of the petitioner has already been transferred in his name and hence, the present petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
